Located off a long private driveway on the waterfront in the Village of Bellport, New York, this distinctive design blends traditional shingle style elements with a unique waterfront experience while incorporating an open interior floor plan.
The design incorporates open planning with unobstructed sight lines that optimize views to the waterfront of the Howells Creek and Great South Bay. This full en-suite 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath residence offers a double height foyer, second floor water view terraces, formal dining room, open planned living space with sweeping views of the adjacent waterfront, with strategically placed windows and entryways that bring the outdoors inside during all seasons. The Chefs Kitchen is a cook’s dream with a large island and abundant cabinet space accessible from the Dining Room and Living Room. Finishing up this home oasis is a rear courtyard space with in-ground gunite swimming pool surrounded by the gateway breezeway and two car garage with bonus space above.
