East Hampton New Residence

Enspire Design Group provided architectural and site planning services for this new construction 12,000 square feet modernist home located on a one (1) acre wooded parcel in the Cobblers Hills of East Hampton, New York. This modern home design has clean and simple forms and textures. Enspire Design Group worked on this project with Italian designer, ETAD. The design capitalizes on a deep visual connection with the well preserved heavily wooded natural surroundings integrated with a gently sloping site. The design also connects a variety of outdoor terrace spaces that offers attractive and functional entertaining spaces at all levels of this home. Of note, is the pool terrace which helps define several outdoor spaces. Our team worked closely with the developer, structural and mechanical engineers as well as the permit expediter and health department to create a modern design that seeks a balance with the surrounding environment.
